Yes my OE jurid pads have great initial bite. They feel like new bmw brakes because they are new bmw brakes.
Mango, my first set of pads I bought 5 years ago were from tischer. They were in BMW boxes and had jurid stamped very small by the pad material.
I just did my brakes again this fall and bought the pads directly from my local dealer. Same tiny jurid stamping.
