Yes, he did reel of many somewhat random parade of "facts," if you will, that, while individually perhaps correct in some sense, were wildly woven together in service to wholly inchoate conspiracy theories. So, while this spray of "facts" may indeed give a surface impression of well-reasoned and logical broader theory, their tenuous coherency mirrors more the word salad of a schizophrenic than the more disciplined reasoning of a rational and steady mind.

Facts, however, do not necessarily support a theory simply by being weighed by the pound or the vehemence with which they are stated, but rather, how they logically related to and support a theory.

Pro gun control advocates can only dream of more anti gun control advocate victories like this.
