question, what do you do with the leftover oil from frying? i have deep frying and always pan fry with just a little oil because i never know what to do with the leftover. i know you can reuse sometimes, but there is always some sledge left you need to discard. putting down your drain is asking for trouble. with bacon and ground meat grease i have a can in the freezer i put it in there and then toss out when full.
