I posted this in the other thread....
some peanut butter
handful of kale
some berries (straw, rasp, blue, whatever)
3 stalks of celery
berries (rasp, blue, black, whatever)
milk (or almond milk)
1 scoop of protein powder
3 spoons full of natural PB
protein powder if you want
I typically just throw in whatever fruit (and most veggies) into the blender with some ice, water, milk/almond milk, and protein powder and they typically come out pretty good. PB and yogurt are common, too.
