4 eggs over easy (no bread and no butter), a banana, a kiwi, a homemade granola/protein bar and a cup of yogurt for breakfast.
After the gym a protein shake and a little piece of pork tenderloin, a cup of yogurt, and a small scoop of homemade mashed potatoes for a little snack before work.
On my break now, just had about 2/3 lb. of pork tenderloin, about 1/3-1/2 lb of the homemade mashed potatoes (with skin) from baby red potatoes, and a cup of yogurt.
After work I'll probably have a sliced up cucumber with a little salt and pepper on it, a kiwi, a banana and a cup of yogurt for a snack before bed. Maybe even another one of the homemade granola/protein bars if I'm hungry still.
Even with all that food I feel like I'm not taking in enough calories. 1.5 mile+ run then around 1 1/2 hours a day at the gym before a 12-14 hour day at work (physical work with lots of movement). This new diet is making it difficult to take in all the energy I need easily.
