Just finished dinner: 2 separate 1/2 pound bear burgers with hot pepper cheese crumbled on top, a large cucumber sliced and salt and peppered, a large baked potato, 2 plain hamburger buns, 2 cups of yogurt and a homemade granola/protein bar.

Breakfast was 3 eggs over easy, a protein bar, a banana, a kiwi, 2 cups of yogurt, a handful of fresh raspberries and a handful of strawberries.
