Generally speaking, they are the same price everywhere. Cruise prices are very regulated. I would assume agents will get different "spiffs" depending on what they are selling, so I doubt they are impartial without having a history with you.

Princess also offers "anytime dining" which is nice. You just show up like you would at a regular restaurant and they give you a beeper for 5-45 min wait. No more dining with jackass strangers every night at the same time.
Do consider buying the travel insurance, it generally covers missed flights, medical emergencies, etc. Also consider flying in at least the day before departure. If you miss the boat, you will lose your money without it.
