The old filter came out with no orange seal on it and one stuck up in the tranny. The new one has two seals. Been driving a week now and it seems to be fixed, at least I can't replicate the failure. Also goes right into reverse now as opposed to the 1-2 sec delay it used to have on the first engagement of the day. So far so good. Not so good on the rebuild shop's part.
