Replaced and FCABs and rebuilt both calipers. Although one of the FCABs was out, it didn't cause any noticeable problems. But it's still good they were both replaced anyway as maintenance. The caliper was most likely causing the twitch and the pulling. Or the piston in particular.

It was probably doing this because of the lubricant I used when originally rebuilding one of the calipers. Could have caused the piston to not function smoothly. Or upon disassembling that caliper, when I removed the gasket/o-ring and compared it to a new one it was bigger in diameter. It wasn't that size when previously rebuilding it. Not sure how the size changed but that could have been causing an interference to the piston's operation.
