What works for one person does not always work for others.

For the record I am 37 years old, 5-10 and 165 lbs. I am telling for a fact that eating 2 lbs of meat a day would not work out well for me.

I eat 1.5 lbs on lifting days and it has been good. If you look at program used for 300 movie actors and the new Spartcus, they follow 1.5-2 lean meat lbs a day with a CF workout.
