Not looking to trade.
Modifications:
*Kirk 4 point bolt in cage
*RTAB, LCA, Trans mount, and Rear subframe bushings are all Powerflex urethane
*Myele HD LCA's
*Subframe reinforced with Turner kit. No cracks prior to installation.
*Ground Control coil over suspension. Street / track setup.
*440#/in. front and 550#/in. rear. The shocks are Koni yellow adj.
*Ground Control front monoball camber plates and rear adj camber arms.
The car is currently set up with -2.5 deg. front camber and -1.5 deg. rear camber.
*Kuhmo Ecsta XS tires, 245-40-17 all around.
*Kosei K1 wheels, 17x8.5 (16.5# each)
*UUC adjustable swaybars front and rear. Custom reinforced rear bushing mounts. Both front and rear have urethane bushings.
*UUC Short shift kit with DSSR. Delrin weighted shift knob.
*Conforti cold air intake.
*Hawk HT-10 pads front and rear with stainless brake lines and brass caliper bushings.
*2.5 # extinguisher
*10" panoramic mirror.
*OMP aluminum race pedals.
*Momo mod 78 330mm suede wheel. Horn works.
*Sunroof cartridge replaced with carbon fiber panel.
*Recaro Proracer SPG driver seat. The seat is on fixed rails, so some modification would be needed to move it, if required. I am 5'-10" 200# for reference. I believe there is a little adjustment possible with the brackets.
*Corbeau F1 Passenger seat. Fixed seat, but will accommodate most people.
*5 point Simpson 3" camlock harnesses on both sides.
*Full A/C delete (no bracket, compressor, evap, or condenser)
*Magnaflow stainless 4" muffler. Only muffler was replaced, remaining OE exhaust is intact.
*The only interior left, is the front door panels, dash, and shift console. No carpet, rear door panels, headliner, rear deck, or trunk lining.
*Replaced plugs and valve cover gasket in Oct 2008 right after I bought it.
*Power steering lines replaced in Oct 2008 with new.
*New serpentine belt and idler installed in Oct 2008
*All coolant lines replaced in Oct 2008 with new, along with 180 deg. thermostat.
*New Stewart high performance metal impeller water pump installed in Dec 2008.
*New ATE rotors front and rear, Oct 2008.

Pretty much all the above was done in late 2008 and over the winter into 2009, and only driven approximately 1200 miles since then.

I bought the car in October 2008 with 161,xxx miles on it. I initially drove it for a couple of weeks and then started the track build. This car is street legal, as I initially drove it to the track. It has been trailered for the past two years, for convenience. Currently it is not registered and has no insurance or plate. I figured why with the trailer.

The car is in storage now, in a climate controlled facility, and when not there, it is in my garage. I have only put about 1200 miles on the car since purchase. I don't know the exact mileage, but it is right around 163k. I have run 17 track days over the past 4 years and the car has been extremely reliable. The only issue I've had was a bad battery, which was just replaced this summer.

The oil is changed every season and the entire brake system is flushed with performance fluid like ATE Super Blue or Wilwood EXP 600+. Additionally I go through the car thoroughly before every track weekend, and check for any issues, leaks, cracks, etc... nothing to note to date.

I have an extra set of front Hawk HT-10 pads. These pads are a perfect fit for the speed and weight of this car. No fade and great initial bite and feedback. The brake system is stock and is more than adequate with the Hawk pads. I also have a full spare tire, Kuhmo Ecsta XS 245-40-17. Not mounted.

There is NO A/C, Radio, speakers, airbags (except for side front in door panel. Just haven't bothered to take them out, but the controller is gone.), the trip reset button doesn't work on gauge cluster, but you can cycle through the computer with the stalk.

Power windows, power locks, lights (head and tail), turn signals, horn, wipers (no rain sensing), washer jets, heater and climate control, and gauges all work fine.

The ABS and DSC work. The DSC can be turned off with the button.

To say the least, the car is raw. Runs great and starts on the first crank out of storage. Burns and leaks NO oil and idles like it was new.

I am active on XBimmers and Xoutpost currently. I have history on E90Post and a good iTrader rating there. All under the name, wsybert.

The pictures with the stripes are the most recent. They were taken at Nelson Ledges in Ohio last year, and the one on the trailer in my driveway was before that trip. (The stripes were done with plastidip, so they will come off if it's not your thing.)

I feel the asking price is a good starting point for a complete, well sorted, fun and safe track car, that needs nothing to go to a track day event. I am open to offers and I don't need to sell it, so I am not giving it away. I am selling because I don't use it that much anymore. Two track weekends last year and one the year prior.

I think I covered it all.... nothing like being thorough.
