Could there be any reason for this happening?
Was it just by luck , the pump was defective? Or is there any possibility of a different issue. The fuse and relay was switched around just for the heck of it.

I could also tap the pump to get it to work again.. But now, finnaly, it will not turn on.

Ideas?
