Its like any other sales gig. You get out of it what you put in. Make sure you have enough money in the bank to last you 6-12 months. A decent car for driving clients around. Join a respectable brokerage that wont jam you for insane desk fees. Live and breathe real estate and always be networking. ABC = Always Be Closing.
