The cause is either mental or physical. Address each area.

Physical:

Lift weights, it'll increase testosterone levels, make a big difference even if 3 times a week.
Eat healthy and stay away from white carbs, sugar, and food with bad fat.

Mental:

Relax
More foreplay
Try something new with girls.
