Worked 13 hours yesterday, then partied through the night (no food or sleep) then got home and had a banana and a cup of yogurt before my 2 hour, very high intensity workout. My stomach didn't mind, but my heart on the other hand didn't enjoy the activity much at all. (although i was still able to bench my lifetime best 1rm. Wonder what i could have done with proper preparation?)
I'm out of pre prepared food and because of my strict diet (absolutely no "processed" food) and how busy i am, i won't be able to eat until late this evening... If I'm lucky...
