Did the squats and some back work yesterday

50 reps with 165
I did 15-13-14-8

3x6 pull ups
3x15 ring rows
3x10 hyper extensions
100 ab mat sit ups.

Skipped deads like a lazy bum. Today I'm doing chest and shoulders
