Yeah, armed guards don't make financial sense, but killing an entire industry and all the other industries that support and depend on it, THAT makes financial sense. Durh.
That's Chris Christie logic (when he agreed to hiking the tolls.) Putting guards in schools will cost the government money and mess with their budgets. Putting gunmakers and gun stores out of business is private funds, so who cares.
