Yeah, that's true if the OP is willing to chance his "13 year old fender". Not knowing what he's doing CAN make it worse. Ask anyone who has watched a PDR tech work, it does take some skill. If he wants to learn PDR and doesn't care whether or not the results are less than perfect then cool, go for it. Maybe he'll get it right. It looks like the body line is part of the dent.

So it depends on what the OP wants.
