The best way is to remove the fender and use a autobody hammer and choose one of the dollies to tap out the dent > Gently from the underside. (working "around" the circumference of the dent towards the center. DO NOT strike the dent @ center directly)
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!!! I do paintless dent repair, and you WILL crack the paint and maybe even blast it off. A decent shop should he able to do for around $150 and it should be nearly perfect.

Compressed air and a heat gun......hahahhahahhahahahahhahahhhahhahahahhahhahahhahahhah ahh
