20-30 pull-ups isn't impressive?????? Okay! I rarely see ANYBODY go beyond 15, and that's usually with some kind of half-assed kip. Just for kicks, I'm going to have a friend video tape me tonight AFTER I dead lift, bench AND do four sets of 70 lb. weighted pull-ups. I guarantee that I'll STILL be able to yank 20+ pull-ups.....STRICT.
You sir are an absolute FREAK if you do this.


I'll take a video on Friday morning when I do the 300 workout and the goal is to get to 50 pull ups in as few sets as possible. At the end of the day, I would far prefer to get 8-10 STRICT pull ups that were done nice and slow, controlled, flawless form then 20 fast uncontrolled kipping momentum assisted pull ups.
