Its the same in all states

INTERstate firearm sales are governed by federal law

Firearms must be transferred in the buyers state
Long guns can be transferred in either state

In both cases, an FFL must be used!

State law also applies too

Keep in mind... A persons state is where they live, not where they are physically standing
