Dairy is kept to a minimum, so are breads. Actually I haven't had either in a week.
Pretty much all my diet consist of for the past couple of weeks, working on getting spring break shredded. I play lacrosse two times a day 5 days a week, and workout 5 times a week. I intake around 3000-3500 calories on physical activity days.. it is really tough to do cleanly, but I am feeling great
Why less than 4 times a week?
