Supposedly, it is/was the lifters. It was my choice of oil that led to that problem according to that mechanic. So after I get the lifters done by another shop... the ticking is still there.

I found threads after the fact saying that the valves should be done at the same time as a lifter job. I've been going through a bit of a depression lately, so I just said f it and bought the components for an M3 swap.

It's about to be done soon. Modding the car is the only thing that has kept me sane throughout this time.

Dude... are you happy with that speaker placement in pictures 1 and 2? I'm not trying to be a jerk, but that looks really weird.

Where is that speaker located in the 3rd pic? That looks more custom and OEM style.
