I understand that you got a consistent time for both days, but I mean the same day. For example, bring your car to the track "weighted" and run it a couple times. Then do the "weight reduction" there since it is very simple to pull these items out. Put the items in a friend's car. Run the car again a couple times. Then maybe for good measure put all the stuff back in and run it a couple times before you leave for the day. Since you seem to do 20 runs when you are there it shouldn't be too hard to do this. Doing it all on the same day takes out, or atleast minimizes, many different factors.
