For supplements stick with protein, a good multivitamin, and stay away from all BS pills including what you mentioned. If you don't get enough omega3 from salmon or flaxseed, get fish oil.
I did not try the exact brand you mentioned, but I tried another one years ago and it caused a bad stomachache.
