My chin-ups officially suck (..I pulled 16 body weight chin-ups after heavy squats, cleans and weighted chin-ups; 4 sets of 7 with 70 lbs. on a weight belt). I'm determined to grow these biceps, and these chin-ups are working well. I just suck at them.
