We did so many movements with so many different grips and isolations and I just focused on my form and really getting excellent contractions. I think I got some cardio in because of how much head bobbing and air drumming I was doing with my music. What an incredible day, and a re-motivating day for the rest of my training. Edit: I really do think manifesting my mindset of "I'm a beast and going to move this weight" just made everything feel lighter today.
