Here is a pic sequence of a 295 lb. front squat. I mustered 3 reps @ 295 lbs. and 2 @ 300 lbs.
Here is a video of my Military Press; 3 reps @ 250 lbs.
And here are 44 dips at my body weight after heavy front squats, heavy military pressing, and 4 sets of weighted dips with 70 lbs.
That's a ton of weight. I always go down to my chest though. I have to do my dips still.
