50 90lb Back Squats done in as little sets as possible

3x10 Barbell Bench
3x10 Incline Bench
3x10 Dumbbell Flys

3x8 Clean and Press
3x10 Front shoulder Raises

3x10 Toes to bar
3x25 Mountain Climbers
