Steve, the tightness definitely helps. Too bad I don have abs to show lol.

Dabears, def work up to the floor. I can probably only do like 4 fresh from the floor. It makes a huge difference

Romeo, as long as people are willing to participate I'm all for these contests. They're a lot of fun. We just have to do things we're all capable of. So nothing like max rep 225lb bench. Monday ill probably start a max rep squat with 95lbs since that's my weight for the current program. That's light enough where we can all do it and go for max reps
