Hey OP, or anyone....

I been following as i'm trying to get back in the rhythm of working out. I've done the gym, and triathlons, and been in decent shape. But what i have NEVER done, which i started on Sunday is a proper diet and eating right. So far im 4 days in, I feel good and confident avoiding the carbs and rice. I have short goals of 2 weeks, then extend to a month and etc...

Long story short, when or if you drink what should I avoid ? Beer? some ppl say white lqr some say dark? your thoughts ?
