You don't hear of Apple devices being easily hacked. Also, it's estimated that many of the Android smart phones out there are already infected with at least one or more viruses due to it's open sourcing vs virtually zero for Apple.

Personally, I would love to have all the capability of a top Android phone. It's for reasons of security that I chose an iPhone5 when I upgraded from a Blackberry.
There's also more developers on the android/windows platforms. That's why mac viruses and iPhone hacks are less popular.
