Yeah, I had two friends that had that issue. They just got special insoles made for them and that just about fixed everything. One of those friends even hiked through south America and I can only assume he had his insoles with him because he could't really run a mile without getting sore feet without them.

I occasionally I have a problem with width at the front of my shoes and height at the middle, but assuming the shoe fits, I can run, walk, or hike until I'm out of energy.
