Thanks, yup definitely. I've always believed in paying it forward... I'm especially excited to see what Dom can achieve now that hes gotten more detailed with his training and diet, and actually seems motivated.
I can think of a few threads I've given paragraph after paragraph of tailored info that have completely died, the OP's have vanished into thin (gave up) air.
