I'm in the same crowd with a lot of others here. Body wieght dips for me pretty easy. I do 3x10-15 at the end of my tricep workout to basically expend what's left before leaving. If I'm doing it as a main exercise, it's doing 3x10 with anywhere from 70-90lbs strapped onto the belt somewhere around the middle of my tricep workout.
Any pics of your 5'9", 235 lb. frame? You must be one stocky f@cker. One of my buddies who works for one of the local allied agencies has a similar build. He called me to take over a deuce a few months ago and the first thing I said was, "I bet you're rubbing up against the Remington now huh? You stocky f@cker!!!" ....
