BMW of North America lists the E46 M3 manual coupe curb weight as 3,415 lbs and the E46 manual 325ci coupe as 3,252 lbs. It's common knowledge the M3 is heavier than its non-M counterpart. Ask Alex323ci if you don't believe me.

We all know convertibles weigh more than coupes regardless of what engine is in them.
