Do you mean auto to manual swap?
The best and easiest way to tell is to look for the shifter location indicator to the right of your odometer. If you have a PRND indicator that's dark and a stick shift...then yes the swap was done. If there's just a plastic cover piece in that section, then either the manual came that way from the factory or someone swapped the cluster as well.
FWIW, my manual also has hill descent control (I still have no idea why) and the little gear with exclamation point should be on every cluster, just disabled on manuals.
