If it were me I would probably do something like this:

135x5
185x4
225x3
275x3
295x2x5
225x5x5

You're at the point where you're trying to add muscle, so a lot of reps are going to help you to grow but heavy weights are going to help you feel comfortable with heavier weights in the future. This should accomplish both.
