BCM has gotten 14.5" complete HS uppers in stock twice in the past week. They are the best deal on the market IMO.

Aim has also gotten some complete uppers lately for around $500-650 depending on rail with NiB BCG and Daniel Defense Barrels. I wouldn't hesitate to buy either if you get the chance.
