At least I think your beginning is going to be slow and going to have to be quick turn around projects (stuff you could do in a few hours/day at most) With that quick turn around it can help recoup some of the early losses from the lease, moving, parts/equipment etc.
That's going to be tough since I already know what current weekend work would bring in at a shop rate.
