Shifter always worked great, really short and precise throws. Bearing is in perfect condition. There are some scratches on the outside of the blue part from when I was trying to remove it, but they do not effect function in any way and you'll never see them under the shift boot. I'm including a brand new OEM BMW clip for the selector rod. I'll also send you the PDF install instructions from B&M.
