I would not use that stuff, particularly if you have a ZF transmission. You would be better off just getting new, propper fluid and filter in there, and warming it up a bit, as mentioned above.
If you want to get the propper trans fluid for a ZF transmission, get it from the dealer, but I have read that some dealers don't even carry that fluid any more.
This place is a great source for ZF Fluid, since it is the actual fluid ZF reccomends And sells for their transmissions. It is also cheaper than the dealer, and cheaper than the "equivalent" fluids, which are really not equivalent. Check out the reference chart, to make sure the fluid listed in the link is the correct one for your transmission.
