It's basically the exact opposite movement of the rower though which I like since the rower is great for conditioning but kills your lower body which doesn't really work with wanting to squat and Olympic lift alot. i've never used the nordic trac either but ive seen it looks pretty cool. I rowed in high school so im all too familiar with concept 2 rowers. those things will dominate u, great conditioning
