Yeah like dabears said..
I'll cook up around 3 lbs of chicken breasts and divide them into portions of 11-12 ounce portions and throw them in the fridge.
Also make a 2lb meatloaf, [lean turkey 97/3].. for the week.
Few filets of salmon or tilapia...
Prepare some tuna.
Dice up an onion or two, a bundle of green onions, some red peppers and steam a few cups of rice.
It's much easier to spend 1-2 hours cooking so you can live comfortably for the next few days.
I've discovered if you have food ready to go, you are less likely to make poor choices as to what you eat.
