In all seriousness, I think P90x ab ripper would be good to do like 4-5 times before you go, along with a low calorie diet, some medium intensity cardio and low-mid weight/high rep exercising to tone the body.

That's personally what i believe would give you the best results in a quick time frame while still being reasonable.
