I understand that, however:
1. we just booked the cruise so it's crunch time (pun intended)
2. I workout regularly, just looking for a two week crash course diet and workout to really burn and tighten.
And 3. I made this thread knowing I can't look like an Abercrombie model in 2 weeks.
Ill post my progress in a week and then a pic on the cruise.
