My Ride: automatic m3
So this is probably backwards but I'm moving on to a 5x5 routine.

Day A
-Squats 5x5
-BB Bench press 5x5
-BB Rows 5x5
-DB incline bench 3x6
-ez curl 3x12

Day B
-Barbell deadlift 5x5
-Barbell military press 5x5
-Weighted pullups 5x5
-tricep pulldowns 3x12


I just finished my first day A and holy **** I am spent. Gonna eat my post workout now.
