Basically your meats, veggies, good carbs like potatoes rice, olive oils, coconut oils, nuts, seeds etc.

That's the problem. Most people can't really gain muscle and lose fat at the same time but many people can maintain fat and gain muscle. I probably gained a little fat but I'm ok with that. If you want to get bigger you have to compromise a bit. I think a little more calories will help you.
