I have an insane ability to lose and gain weight with little effort... however when I'm serious about cutting or bulking... I often see the most progress just as I am getting sick, and come down with something that undoes the past 2 weeks of exercise and dieting.
I was in my Portuguese class when my Brazilian friend asked me how often I'm sick, and I told him at least 6 times a year (excluding minor colds or bad allergy days). He recommended me solvent silver and that he takes it daily as a part of his multi-vitamin regimen and he hasn't been sick in over a year.
Is it worth adding to my daily supplements? I used to get sick even more often until I got my tonsils and adenoids removed... it hurts my progress often and hard.
