I'd be interested to know my creatine levels since I don't supplement it however I eat mass quantities of red meat every week, around 800-1000g every 7 days so about 5g of creatine per week.

I know the usual recommendation is to take 5g of creatine mono per day...
But my 5g/week is from food sources, which will be almost fully absorbed compared with 5g of supplemented creatine which wouldn't be absorbed nearly as effectively. Curious to know if it is as effective / more effective from natural sources.
